Flex Support
FlexSupport, ideawire’s development support services, provides on-demand support for client requests. This service is a bank of hours a client purchases that reflects a steep discount off of ideawire’s service rates. Additionally, time is recorded in five-minute increments, not the usual 15-minute (or more) increments found at other Web firms. Also, the support is “flexible” - it may be used for most requests, from site errors to site enhancements or for IT services not provided by ideawire.
